LP-gratings
Weld pressed gratings are manufactured
by pressing torsioned square crossbars of 6 mm into non-incised
bearing bars. All connections are simultaneously electrically welded.
Due to this process, depending on the mesh size, 600 to 1000 welded
connections are produced, resulting in panels with a standard width
of 1000 mm and length of 12200 mm. Gratings are sawn out of these
panels to the required size and shape. Weld pressed gratings are
corrosion resistant after galvanization as there are no nicks or
incisions. They posses their own anti-slip action because of the
torsioned crossbars. They are guaranteed rectangular because of
the many weld connections and can be put in place quickly as the
bearing bars can be very long.
